  1. Merely entering and using this site (the Comprehensive Islamic Library, ketabonline.com) is considered your acceptance and acknowledgment of these terms and conditions mentioned below, and if you do not agree to them all, please stop using the website.

The books available on the (Comprehensive Islamic Library) website are free books obtained from websites, forums, web links and various library programs, and any author or publisher who does not want their books to be on the site, can write to us at [email protected]. Upon such a request, the book shall be deleted in 24 hours (within working hours). Should the book’s rights holder wish to do so, we could include the book in out paid plan, once this feature is stablished.
  3. Once the paid plan service is published in our digital platform, we could create an offer to sell books and sign a contract with any author or publisher who may wish to sell their books electronically. You may contact us regarding this plan at [email protected].
  4. The visitors may take advantage of the services of the (Comprehensive Islamic Library) website as a guest, and they may also register on the site should they chooses to do so.
  5. Registration on the (Comprehensive Islamic Library) website is optional. Where registrars can use the following services:
    • Sync between different devices (downloaded book, comments, favorites... etc).
    • Subscribe to the paid plan.
    • Paid eBook download.
    • Export a backup.
  6. Your use of this website must be for legitimate purposes.
  7. It is not permissible to send any material that infringes the rights or privacy of others.
  8. It is not permissible to send any material that would misuse this website for visitors.
  9. It is not permissible to send any material that is offensive to any person, or contains obscene words, or offensive expressions.
  10. It is not permissible to send any material that would encourage the commission of any crime or contain a violation that entails civil liability or a legal violation.

It is not permissible to take any book from this site for the purpose of reproducing it, publishing it, or broadcasting it in any way except for the purposes of personal non-commercial use, and it is not permissible at all to re-publish the material in paper form without taking the written permission of the author.
  12. The site (Comprehensive Islamic Library) does not make any guarantees that the materials available on it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or that the material is free from electronic viruses, malwares or other harmful content.
  13. The site (Comprehensive Islamic Library) does not bear any responsibility for any direct or indirect material or moral damage that arises from the use of this site or from its inability to use it, or from any error, deletion or defect in it, or from the error of some of the information it provides or from any delay or interruption in the work.
  14. Every book or research that is sent to the (Comprehensive Islamic Library) website and is published on it becomes the property of the site and all users, and the website has the full right to re-publish it electronically, or to translate it into any other language, without referring to the author.
  15. The books published on the (Comprehensive Islamic Library) website are not republished in hard copy without the consent of their authors.
  16. The site (Comprehensive Islamic Library) relieves itself from bearing the responsibility for any published material whose author infringes the intellectual rights of another writer. Only the author of the material is responsible for that.
  17. The site (Comprehensive Islamic Library) has the right to delete any published material, whenever it sees fit, without notifying the writer of that.
  18. The site (Comprehensive Islamic Library) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions whenever it wants and in the format it sees fit.
