Terms and Conditions for Publishing Books, Thesis, Articles and Documents
on
the "Comprehensive Islamic Library" website and applications

It is our pleasure to welcome visitors to the Comprehensive Islamic Library website. We are glad to announce that the library is ready to accept and publish books, research, and scientific papers in WORD and PDF formats.

Books and papers are published according to the following terms and conditions:

1) That senders of the books are the authors themselves, or whoever the authors have authorized to send.

2) That the publishing company does not prevent the book from being published electronically, and that it does not contain copyrights belonging to any publishing companies, co-authors, or anyone else.

3) Once authors send their books to be published on the Comprehensive Islamic Library, it shall mean that they have accepted and approved for their books to be displayed and available to all users free of charge on the Comprehensive Islamic Library website, software and apps.

4) This also means agreeing to add the library's logo and links as needed to the cover or other pages of the book which is published on this project.

5) The site has the right to delete any published book, without the approval from its author, when there are clear violations and problems, or when there is an infringement of intellectual property rights in the book, and so on. Note that the author of the book will be responsible for infringing intellectual property rights, not the site.

6) The library collects books solely with the purpose of publishing them for free, and for the general benefit of all, and the published books are not used for any commercial purposes.

7) The book’s display page will contain its complete information, such as title, author, translator, publisher, and so on.

8) Books for publication may be sent through this page, or to this email address: [email protected]

9) Please ensure that the sent book is the final version and ready for publication.

May Allah Almighty bless everyone striving for the benefit of the ummah.  (Ameen)
